Gardens<\/em> included many vegetables, herbs, and fruits including: <strong>Tomatoes<\/strong>, <strong>Eggplant<\/strong>, <strong>Okra<\/strong>, <strong>Radish<\/strong>, <strong>Broccoli<\/strong>, <strong>Kale<\/strong>, <strong>Spinach<\/strong>, <strong>Lettuces<\/strong>, <strong>Kohlrabi<\/strong>, <strong>Pumpkins<\/strong>, <strong>Green Beans<\/strong>, diverse kinds of <strong>Squash<\/strong>, <strong>Peppers<\/strong>, <strong>Cucumber<\/strong>, <strong>Corn<\/strong>, <strong>Collard Greens<\/strong>, <strong>Basil<\/strong>, <strong>Sage<\/strong>, <strong>Thyme<\/strong>, <strong>Oregano<\/strong>, <strong>Lemongrass<\/strong>, and much more. Prepare Garden for Next Spring<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Students from <strong>Roosevelt Island PS\/IS 217 Beacon<\/strong> and <strong>The Child School<\/strong> have been regular visitors to\u00a0<i>Roosevelt\u00a0Island Living Library &amp; Think Park Garden,\u00a0<\/i>learning about growing plants and the benefits of fresh and organic food from their beloved <em>Ms. China<\/em>. An enthusiastic group of ninth graders from <strong>Rudolph Steiner School, New York City<\/strong> were among the latest visitors to the <em>A.L.L.
