It is with great excitement and honor that we announce A Living Library & Bonnie Ora Sherk\u2019s<\/i><\/b> inclusion in the recently published United Nations 75<\/b>th<\/sup><\/b> Anniversary Commemorative Journal<\/b> !<\/p>\n

In this illustrated interview shown below, Bonnie Ora Sherk<\/i> discusses her development of A Living Library<\/i> and highlights the organization\u2019s work with climate change, transforming environments, teaching students of all ages about natural systems and principals, and goal to create place-based Branch Living Library & Think Parks<\/i><\/b> \u2013 locally and globally.<\/p>\n

Included in Article are Before, During, & After<\/i><\/b> photos of the Ecological Transformation of James Denman Middle School Rear Yard<\/i><\/b> (2017-18). The Rear Yard Transformation<\/i> expands A.L.L.<\/i>\u2019s larger OMI\/Excelsior Living Library & Think Park<\/i><\/b>, which was designed by Bonnie Ora Sherk and Life Frames, Inc.,<\/b> non-profit sponsor of A Living Library<\/i>.\u00a0 This transformative work is maintained in partnership with students from the four adjacent San Francisco Unified School District and community participation.<\/p>\n
