WHAT:<\/span> YOU ARE INVITED ! <\/span>
\n\t<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Please join Walk<\/strong><\/em> SF and A.L.L.,<\/strong><\/em> August 27, 10-12:30<\/span>, <\/strong><\/em>in a guided walk of the Bernal Heights Living Library & Think Park Nature Walk<\/strong><\/em> underway since 2002<\/span>, led by Bonnie Ora Sherk<\/strong><\/em><\/span>.  To date, over 600 California Native Trees, funded by Cal Fire<\/strong><\/em>, have been planted by volunteers led by Life Frames, Inc.<\/strong><\/em> and multiple City Agencies<\/strong><\/em> (RPD, DPW, HA, PUC<\/strong><\/em>), linking local schools, parks, public housing, streets, and other open spaces leading to the Islais Creek<\/strong><\/em> at the south side of St. Mary's Park<\/strong><\/em>.   More trees and understory soon to come with additional features and opportunities !<\/span><\/p>\n

Learn about SF's largest Watershed<\/strong><\/em> – Islais Creek Watershed <\/strong><\/em>– and many walking, greening, creek-daylighting, other exciting opportunities, and potential expansion to connect 11 city neighborhoods in Southeast and Southwest San Francisco – Noe Valley, Mission, Bernal Heights, Potrero Hill, Bayview, Portola, Crocker Amazon, Excelsior, OMI, Sunnyside, Glen Park.<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

There will be some hills, so be prepared !<\/span><\/p>\n
