{"id":865,"date":"2011-06-14T03:37:47","date_gmt":"2011-06-14T03:37:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/alivinglibrary.org\/archive-site\/?p=865"},"modified":"2016-07-21T17:05:01","modified_gmt":"2016-07-22T00:05:01","slug":"creating-roosevelt-island-living-library-park-gardens","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/alivinglibrary.org\/archive-site\/roosevelt-island\/creating-roosevelt-island-living-library-park-gardens","title":{"rendered":"Creating our new NYC Roosevelt Island Living Library &#038; Think Park Gardens !"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We had another fantastic Volunteer Team from NYC <em><strong>Salesforce<\/strong><\/em>, led by Dan Purvis, work with us to develop our new <em><strong>Roosevelt Island Living Library &amp; Think Park Gardens<\/strong><\/em> near 504 Main Street on Roosevelt Island on Wednesday, June 8.<\/p>\n<p>I designed the Gardens, and <em><strong>RIOC <\/strong><\/em>and <em><strong>Urban America <\/strong><\/em>gave incredible help to manifest them.\u00a0 We especially thank <em><strong>Steve Chironis<\/strong><\/em> and <em><strong>Doryne Isley<\/strong><\/em>, our brilliant supporters and co-creators !
